MANHATTAN, Kansas, December, 7, 2016 – The structure fire that occurred at 422 Vattier Street on Monday afternoon December 5, 2016, has been determined to be incendiary by fire investigators. Investigators from the Manhattan Fire Department, the Riley County Police Department, and the Kansas Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) conducted the origin and cause investigation.
