    Wendy Montgomery, 46, of Manhattan, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department yesterday at approximately 12:40 PM. Montgomery was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated burglary. Montgomery’s bond was set at $5,000.00, causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for theft Tuesday at approximately 3:00 PM. Officers listed Gabrielle McAtee, 18, of Manhattan, as the victim when she reported that a pair of diamond earrings were taken from her luggage by an unknown suspect somewhere between Manhattan and Cancun, Mexico while traveling. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $17,000.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Charles Cramer, 24, of Manhattan, was arrested in the 1400 block of Leavenworth St. yesterday at evening. Cramer was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute. Cramer’s total bond was set at $7,000.00. He was not confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for rape and aggravated assault (domestic related) in the northeast part of Manhattan on Tuesday. Officers listed a 40 year old female as the victim when she reported that a 23 year old male known to her raped her twice and threatened to kill her with a knife in his hand. Due to the nature of the crimes alleged, no additional information was released.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated battery and aggravated assault (domestic related) in the northwest part of Manhattan yesterday. Officers listed a 69 year old male as the victim when he reported that a 73 year old female known to him grabbed a knife and poked him multiple times in the chest. Due to the nature of the crimes alleged, no additional information was released.
