    Riley County Police Department Daily Activity 6/5/2017

    Riley County Police Department officers responded to a single vehicle motorcycle accident at McDowell Creek Rd. and Pillsbury Dr. on June 3, 2017 at approximately 12:45 PM. When officers arrived on scene, they found that a gold 2015 Harley Davidson, driven by Patrick Hooker, 45, of Abilene, struck the bridge on Pillsbury Dr. Hooker was transported by EMS to Via Christi for his injuries. No citations were issued at the scene of the accident.

    Officers also responded to a single vehicle motorcycle accident at Tuttle Creek Blvd. and Madison Rd. on June 3, 2017 at approximately 3:35 PM. When officers arrived on scene, they found that a black 1947 Harley Davidson, driven by Dennis Wikoff, 54, of Lyons, wrecked after the rear brake locked up. Wikoff was transported by EMS to Via Christi for his injuries. No citations were issued at the scene of the accident.
