    RCPD Report 2/9/18

    Hal Lucas, 51, of Ogden, Kansas, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on February 8, 2018 at approximately 3:10 PM. Lucas was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance within 1000 ft. of a school property, and three counts of distribute methamphetamine. Lucas’ total bond was set at $20,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
