The search committee for the next K-State provost and executive vice president has selected four candidates to visit campus for interviews. The committee invites participation in the following open forums with the candidates:

    • Charles Taber — 3:30-5 p.m. Monday, March 5, in the K-State Alumni Center’s A and D banquet rooms. Reception to follow, 5-6 p.m., in the center’s Tointon Great Room.
    • Daniel Reed — 1:30-3 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, in 1117 Regnier Forum at Regnier Hall. Reception to follow, 3-4 p.m., in the Regnier Hall atrium.
    • John Floros — 3:30-5 p.m. Monday, March 12, in the K-State Alumni Center’s A and D banquet rooms. Reception to follow, 5-6 p.m., in the center’s Tointon Great Room.
    • Kimberly Espy — 3:30-5 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, in the K-State Alumni Center’s A and D banquet rooms. Reception to follow, 5-6 p.m., in the center’s Tointon Great Room

Live streams of the forums will be available on the president’s office website along with the candidates’ materials and links to forms for online feedback. Access will require a K-State eID and password.

Evaluations of candidates are strongly encouraged. K-State said input is critical to its evaluation process.

Current provost April Mason announced in August that she’d be resigning effective June 30, 2018.
