    Larry Jones, 47, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 900 block of 4th St. in Manhattan on March 5, 2018 at approximately 4:35 PM. Jones was arrested on charges of distribute methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia and  additionally, a Riley County District Court warrant for two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Jones was issued a total bond of $50,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
     Lana Smith, 53, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 900 block of N 4th St. in Manhattan on March 5, 2018 at approximately 4:30 PM. Smith was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and use/posses drug paraphernalia. Smith was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Smith was not confined at the time of this report.
     Lexington Burke, 22, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 900 block of N 4th St. in Manhattan on March 5, 2018 at approximately 4:30 PM. Burke was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and use/possess drug paraphernalia. Burke was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Burke was not confined at the time of this report.
     Officers filed a report for aggravated assault in the 200 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. on March 5, 2018 at approximately 11:50 PM. Officers listed Joseph Feyerabend, 23, of Alton, Illinois and Denise Carroll, 36, of Granite City, Illinois as the victims when it was reported a known suspect displayed a handgun during a road rage incident. David Spruell-Penegar, 18, of Manhattan, was arrested in connection in the 1500 block of Laramie St. in Manhattan on a charge of aggravated assault.
     Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on March 5, 2018. Officers listed a  23 year old female as the victim and an unknown male as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
