Gary Avenue roundabout to close in July for repairs

By KMAN Staff on June 25, 2018 Local News, Manhattan

The City of Manhattan is warning residents to plan accordingly for an upcoming road closure.

The roundabout at Gary Avenue and Candlewood Drive will be closed for street repairs starting Monday, July 2. Work will run throughout the month of July, but is expected to be completed by August 1.

Residents will be allowed access to their driveways if they are in the work zone during the construction, but all through traffic is prohibited.

City officials advise extra caution and reduced speed around work zones.
