    Officers filed a report for theft and attempted theft in the 100 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on June 7, 2018 at approximately 5:05 PM. Officers listed JC Penney as the victim when it was reported a known female suspect took jewelry from the business. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $5,122.00.
    Officers filed a report for theft in the 1500 block of Pierre St. in Manhattan on June 8, 2018 at approximately 10:30 PM. Officers listed John Rice, 29, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported a known juvenile suspect took his moped. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00. The moped was returned to the owner.
    Blair Billie, 37, of Ogden was arrested while in the 500 block of Ashwood Alley in Ogden on June 7, 2018 at approximately 11:00 PM. Billie was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court for failure to appear. Billie was issued no bond causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
