RCPD Report 7/2/18

Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 200 block of Willow Ln. in Ogden on June 29, 2018 at approximately 1:45 PM. Officers listed the Ogden Community Center as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged a window to the building. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,500.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
Shannon Bryant, 41, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 600 block of Highland Ridge in Manhattan on June 29, 2018 at approximately 11:35 AM. Bryant was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Bryant was issued a total bond of $20,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Kenneth Dunham, 54, of Ogden, Kansas was arrested while in the 6800 block of Skyway Dr. in Ogden on June 30, 2018 at approximately 1:00 AM. Dunham was arrested on offenses of driving under the influence, driving while suspended and failure to stop at accident. Dunham was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Dunham was not confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on July 1, 2018. Officers listed a 16 year old female as the victim and an 18 year old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
Officers responded to the report of an injury accident near the intersection of Tuttle Creek Blvd. and 60th St. in Riley County on June 29, 2018 at approximately 5:50 PM. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 2008 Gray Chevrolet Malibu driven by Jacey Buss, 23, of Leonardville had crashed into a 2013 Ford Edge driven by Kathleen Sinn, 85, of Manhattan. Sinn was transported to Via Christi for treatment of her injuries. Buss was issued a citation for following too closely.
Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on July 1, 2018. Officers listed an 11 year old female as the victim and a 15 year old male and a 14 year old male known to her as the suspects. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
Christopher Blair, 33, of Manhattan was arrested near the intersection of Farm Bureau Rd. and Seth Child Rd. in Manhattan on June 29, 2018 at approximately 9:36 PM. Blair was arrested on offenses of distribution of marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and criminal use of weapons. Blair was issued a total bond of $10,000.00. Blair was not confined at the time of this report.
Joshua Collins, 36, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 2100 block of Blaker Dr. in Manhattan on June 30, 2018 at approximately 2:20 AM. Collins was arrested on an offense of aggravated domestic battery. Collins was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Collins was not confined at the time of this report.
