RCPD Report 7/3/18

Officers filed a report for aggravated assault in Manhattan on July 2, 2018. Officers listed a 26 year old female as the victim and a 27 year old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported (domestic) no additional information will be released.
Officers filed a report for motor vehicle theft and theft in the 3500 block of Chippewa Cir. in Manhattan on July 2, 2018 at approximately 7:30 PM. Officers listed Rick Boatman, 57, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported a known female suspect took his vehicle, firearm and money. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,450.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
Nala Knight, 20, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 600 block of Highland Ridge Dr. on July 3, 2018 at approximately 2:20 AM. Knight was arrested on offenses of domestic battery, assault and criminal damage to property. Knight was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Nala was not confined at the time of this report.
Billie Blair, 37, of Ogden was arrested while in the 500 block of Ashwood Aly. on July 2, 2018 at approximately 5:45 PM. Blair was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Blair was issued no bond causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
