Anthony Williams Jr., 30, of Junction City, Kansas was arrested while near the intersection of 9th and Poyntz. in Manhattan on August 15, 2018 at approximately 1:20 AM. Williams Jr. was arrested on offenses of possession of marijuana, interference with LEO, possession of drug paraphernalia and a Riley County District Court warrant for criminal damage to property.
