    Lesli Wilson, 45, of Junction City, was arrested while in the 2900 block of Stagg Hill Rd. in Manhattan on September 20, 2018 at approximately 11:10 PM. Wilson was arrested on offenses of possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Wilson was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Dustin Carter, 30, of Junction City, was arrested while in the 2900 block of Stagg Hill Rd. in Manhattan on September 20, 2018 at approximately 10:55 PM. Carter was arrested on offenses of distribute opiates, opium, narcotics or stimulant and possession of depressants. Carter was issued a total bond of $10,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Megan Kern, 21, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 5500 block of Stone Crest Ct. in Manhattan on September 20, 2018 at approximately 2:15 PM. Kern was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Kern was issued a total bond of $9,500.00 causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Jason Ward, 47, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on September 20, 2018 at approximately 6:15 PM. Ward was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Ward was issued a total bond of $20,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
