    KMAN Student Athlete of the Week

    Manhattan High’s Daniel Harkin finished as the 6A state runner up in cross country on Saturday in Lawrence. He finished with a time of 15 minutes and 55 seconds. Harkin’s decorated career includes placing at state in track and tennis in addition to cross country. He was a part of last year’s MHS state championship in track and finished in the top ten in state in both the 1600 meters and 3200 meters. Congratulations to Daniel Harkin of Manhattan High School, the Powercat Sports Grill/KMAN “Student Athlete of the Week!”
