Officers filed a report for theft and criminal damage to property in the 3100 block of Heritage Court in Manhattan on October 4, 2018 at approximately 12:30 PM. Officers listed Heritage Ridge Apartments as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged coin operated washing machines and took money. Officers responded to the report of an injury accident in the 700 block of Ehler Road on October 4, 2018 at approximately 2:40 PM. When officers arrived on scene they found a Blue Nissan Rogue driven by Tarrance Floyd, 20, of Manhattan had crashed. Floyd was transported to Via Christi for treatment of his injuries.
