    Derek Anthony Doby, 24, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on a Riley County District Court warrant for lewd and lascivious behavior (x5) and sexual battery (x3).  Doby was issued a total bond of $10,000.00. Doby was not confined at the time of this report.
    Officers filed a report for making false information, forgery and theft in the 1000 block of Westloop Pl in Manhattan on November 15, 2018, at approximately 5:34 PM. Officers listed Cats Rental and KS State Bank of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported a known male suspect fraudulently cashed checks. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,464.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Peter Heier, 35, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 900 block of Vattier St. in Manhattan on November 15, 2018, at approximately 9:45 PM. Heier was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Heier was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    David Maldonado, 43, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 15, 2018, at approximately 4:00 PM. Maldonado was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Maldonado was issued a total bond of $10,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Cayce Ryan, 32, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 2300 block of Blueberry Dr. in Manhattan on November 15, 2018 at approximately 10:25 AM. Ryan was arrested on offenses of violating protection order and criminal trespass. Ryan was issued no bond causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
