    Officers filed a report for burglary and criminal damage to property in the 1100 block of Moro St. in Manhattan on November 5, 2018, at approximately 9:45 AM. Officers listed The Hi-Lo and Seth Stone, 39, of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect broke a window at the business, causing damage and took money. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,650.00.  Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Officers filed a report for theft by deception in the 700 block of Poyntz Ave. in Manhattan on November 5, 2018 at approximately 12:30 PM. Officers listed Commerce Bank as the victim when it was reported a known male suspect fraudulently deposited checks. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,767.00.
    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 800 block of Walters Dr. in Manhattan on November 5, 2018, at approximately 5:40 PM. Officers listed Manhattan Parks and Rec as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect vandalized the area. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00.  Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Officers filed a report for theft in the 800 block of Vattier St. in Manhattan on November 5, 2018, at approximately 5:50 PM. Officers listed Keith Blasing, 54, of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took his Essential Brand Smart Phone. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00.  Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Rhonda Dudley, 39, of Kansas City was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 5, 2018, at approximately 3:00 PM. Dudley was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and an Ogden Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Dudley was issued a total bond of $6,000.00 causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
