    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 100 block of Pine Dr. in Manhattan on December 18, 2018, at approximately 10:00 AM. Officers listed a 17-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged her Chevy Malibu. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,500.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Officers filed a report for theft in the 900 block of Kearney St. in Manhattan on December 18, 2018, at approximately 9:15 PM. Officers listed Melvyn Von Soosten, 34, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported a known male suspect damaged his red 2003 Jeep Liberty and Samsung TV. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $4,750.00.
    Mark Townley II, 38, of Junction City was arrested while in the 1100 block of Westloop Pl. on December 18, 2018, at approximately 11:40 AM. Townley II was arrested on offenses possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, possession of marijuana and use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia. Townley II was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Joshua Blumer, 26, of Marysville, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on December 18, 2018, at approximately 9:40 AM. Blumer was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Blumer was issued a total bond of $25,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
