    Lakota Carey, 22, of Leonardville was arrested at 101 S. Nevada Street in Leonardville, KS on December 27, 2018 at approximately 4:27 PM. Carey was arrested on a Pottawatomie County District Court warrant for possession of opiates, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant and interference with a law enforcement officer. Carey was issued a total bond of $10,000 and is still confined at the time of this report.

    Roy James Heinicke, 38, of Manhattan was arrested at 317 Poyntz Avenue in Manhattan, KS on December 27, 2018 at approximately 11:23 p.m. Heinicke was arrested for disorderly conduct after a brawl. Heinicke was issued a total bond of $500 and is still confined at the time of this report.

    Marcus Lamont Washington, 47, of Manhattan was arrested at 213 Harvey Drive in Manhattan on December 27 at approximately 10:08 p.m. Washington was arrested for domestic battery and was issued a total bond of $1,000. Washington is not confined in Riley County Jail.
