    Dayton Hunter-Clay, 20, of Topeka, was arrested while in the 1000 block of S Seth Child Rd. in Manhattan on November 30, 2018, at approximately 2:00 PM. Hunter-Clay was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Hunter-Clay was issued a total bond of $20,000.00. Hunter-Clay was not confined at the time of this report.
    Officers responded to the report of an injury accident in the 800 block of Denison  Ave. in Manhattan on November 30, 2018, at approximately 6:55 PM. When officers arrived on scene they found a pedestrian, Susan Keller, 61, of Manhattan had been struck by a small white 4-door car.  Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 1300 block of Pillsbury Dr. in Manhattan on November 30, 2018, at approximately 11:10 PM. Officers listed Steven Jepsen, 28, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported three known female suspects damaged his black Crown Victoria. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,000.00.
    Officers filed a report for aggravated intimidation of a witness/victim and domestic battery in Manhattan on December 2, 2018, at approximately 4:30 AM. Officers listed a 49-year-old female as the victim and a 49-year-old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported (domestic) no additional information will be released.
    Officers filed a report for arson and criminal threat in the 400 block of S Juliette Ave. in Manhattan on December 2, 2018 at approximately 6:00 PM. Officers listed a 16-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a female suspect known to her damaged clothing and accessories belonging to the victim by setting them on fire. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $230.00.
    Joseph Fountain, 49, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 900 block of Walters Dr. in Manhattan on November 30, 2018, at approximately 11:35 PM. Fountain was arrested on offenses of aggravated battery, criminal damage to property and criminal deprivation of property. Fountain was issued a total bond of $7,000.00. Fountain was not confined at the time of this report.
