    Scott Alexander, 25, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 400 block of Fremont St. in Manhattan on January 3, 2019 at approximately 8:55 AM. Alexander was arrested on offenses of distribute opiate/narcotic/certain stimulant, distribute or possess with the intent to distribute marijuana within 1000′ of a school, and possession of paraphernalia (x2). Alexander was issued a total bond of $20,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Jacob Alexander, 25, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 400 block of Fremont St. in Manhattan on January 3, 2019, at approximately 8:55 AM.     Austin Rowzer, 25, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 500 block of Moro St. in Manhattan on January 3, 2019, at approximately 2:45 PM. Rowzer was arrested on offenses of distribute opiate, opium, narcotic, use communication facility (x4) and distribute depressant. Rowzer was issued a total bond of $20,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Officers filed a report for aggravated assault, theft and criminal threat in the 100 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on January 3, 2019, at approximately 11:35 AM. Officers listed Telfer Halsey, 57, of Junction City and JC Penney as the victims when it was reported a known female suspect took miscellaneous items from the retailer. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,000.00.
