K-State’s three-game series with San Francisco has been relocated to Lupton Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas, due to winter weather conditions in Manhattan, officials from both schools announced Monday.

The series, which was originally scheduled to open the Wildcats’ home schedule, will begin Friday at 6 p.m., at the home of the TCU Horned Frogs. Game 2 of the series will be Saturday at 3 p.m., with the finale set for a 1 p.m. first pitch on Sunday. Admission is free for all three games.

After a visit to Missouri on Tuesday, March 5, K-State (3-5) is slated to return home on Friday, March 8 with a three-game series against Old Dominion at Tointon Family Stadium.

The Wildcats took two of three games against the Dons (4-2) in San Francisco last season.
