Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on February 15, 2019, at approximately 11:30 PM. Officers listed an 18-year-old female as the victim and an unknown male as the suspect. Officers responded to a report of a non-injury accident near the intersection of Bluemont and Tuttle Creek Blvd on February 18, 2019, at approximately 1:15 PM. When officers arrived on scene they found a 2010 Chevy Malibu driven by Grace Arasmith, 18, of Manhattan had struck a 2011 Toyota Corolla driven by Joy Wagner, 21, of Manhattan and a 2008 Nissan Titan driven by Mark Anderson, 57, of Junction City. Minor injuries were later reported but no one involved was transported by EMS. Arasmith was issued a citation for failure to stop at a red light.
