    Manhattan construction company, bank defrauded

    A Manhattan bank and construction company were the victims of theft and fraud Tuesday, according to Riley County Police.

    RCPD says a known suspect stole Kansas State Banks cheques from Walters Morgan Construction and made false information. The loss associated with the case is $8,001.

    The case is ongoing, KMAN will update as more information becomes available.
