Officers filed a report for aggravated arson, aggravated burglary, criminal damage to property, possession of marijuana, use/possess w/intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body, and burglary in the 700 block of Dondee Dr in Manhattan on March 22, 2019, at approximately 7:10 AM. Officers listed the State of Kansas; Rebecca King, 53; John Bandy, 54; Drake Antower, 31; Yvonne Castro, 42; Winkel Llorens, 28; Corey Watkins, 33; Brittney Rowlands, 30; a 10-year-old male; a 9-year-old male; Kara Ray, 43; an 11-year-old male; Rubin Castillo, 30; and Brandy Edgemon, 25 all of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported a known male suspect took items and then started a fire in his apartment. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,740.00. Gerardo Rosaly Martinez was arrested in connection in the 700 block of Dondee Dr in Manhattan on March 22, 2019, at approximately 7:15 AM. Rosaly Martinez was arrested on the offenses of aggravated arson, aggravated burglary, criminal damage to property, possession of marijuana, use/possess w/intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body. Rosaly Martinez was issued a total bond of $20,000.00. Rosaly Martinez was still confined at the time of this report.

Officers responded to a report of an injury accident near the intersection of Claflin and Wreath Ave in Manhattan on March 22, 2019, at approximately 1:05 PM. When officers arrived on scene they found a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country driven by Rebecca Henderson, 43 of Manhattan collided with a 2007 Ford F-150 driven by Lindsay Myers, 23 of Manhattan.  Henderson was transported to Via Christi for treatment of her injuries. Henderson was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way at stop sign.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 900 block of Thurston in Manhattan on March 23, 2019, at approximately 10:45 AM. Officers listed William Lehman, 21 of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took his 2007 Ford Fusion. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $4,000.00.  Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 2500 block of Anderson in Manhattan on March 23, 2019, at approximately 11:00 PM. Officers listed Daniel Knight, 56 of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported two known male suspects damaged a window. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,000.00.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 330 block of Robinson Dr in Manhattan on March 24, 2019, at approximately 1:55 PM. Officers listed Suzette Hernandez, 36 of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect broke her window and took a purse. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $530.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Christopher Revels, 30 of Junction City was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on March 24, 2019, at approximately 10:00 PM. Revels was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Revels was issued a total bond of $8,000.00. Revels was no longer confined at the time of this report.
