Friday’s program featured Riley County Police Department Captain Josh Kyle speaking primarily about the proposed 2020 RCPD budget. RCPD has recommended to its governing Law Board a 1.9 percent cost of living adjustment, overtime under-funding, on-call pay, the need for three corrections officers, a CSI detective and a proposed IT reserve fund.
