    Officers filed a report for escape from custody at the Riley County Police Department in Manhattan on April 26, 2019, at approximately 7:30 PM. Officers listed the State of Kansas as the victim when it was reported a known male suspect did not return from work release.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated assault in the 400 block of Fort Riley Blvd in Manhattan on April 25, 2019, at approximately 7:55 PM. Officers listed Chanel Toliver, 31 of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported a known female suspect displayed a weapon.

    Shane Ellegood, 45 of Riley was arrested in Riley on April 25, 2019, at approximately 3:20 AM. Ellegood was arrested on the offense of aggravated domestic battery. Ellegood was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Ellegood was no longer confined at the time of this report.
