    Culvert replacement to close portion of College Ave next week

    Part of College Avenue north of Marlatt will be closed to through traffic starting Monday during construction by Riley County Public Works.

    The structure replacement project is located on the stretch of College between Marion Avenue and Livestock Units Road.

    County crews will be removing two culverts and replacing them with a 12 by 4 by 30 reinforced box culvert. Weather permitting, work should be complete by the end of next week.
