Officers listed a 25-year-old female as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect took her Silver Samsung S8 Cell Phone and case. Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of Seth Child and Claflin Rd. in Manhattan on August 8, 2019, at approximately 6:35 PM. When officers arrived on scene, they found a Silver Ford Focus driven by Aidan Goins, 18, of Manhattan had crashed into a Black Toyota Corolla driven by Brenda Porras-Rosales, 42, of Manhattan. Porras-Rosales was transported to Via Christi for treatment of her injuries. Goins was issued a citation for disobeying a traffic control device.
