76-year-old Paul Foltz was arrested in the 300 block of North Park Street at approximately 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. Foltz was issued a $2,000 bond and was not confined to the Riley County Jail.
This is not the first time Foltz has been arrested this year. In April he was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear and posted a $5,000 bond.
