    Junction City Fire responds to structure fire

    Junction City Fire Department responded to a call for a structure early Saturday morning.

    At 2 a.m., JCFD responded to 1402 Rucker Rd. for a call. According to the JCFD, upon arrival, fire crews found a structure fire at the location. One of the occupants had a minor injury to his left hand from trying to put the fire out. Medics checked him out and applied dressing and he was a non transport. The fire Marshall was called to the scene and is leading the investigation. No foul play is considered at this point.
