STOCKTON, Kan. — A Plainville man has been convicted of killing his wife in March 2018.
A Rooks County jury found 37-year-old Alifonso Eduardo Garcia guilty of first-degree murder on Wednesday.
His wife, 24-year-old Alexis Garcia, was found dead in their Plainville home. Officials have not said how she died. Garcia’s sentencing was scheduled for Jan. 17.
