Officers filed a report for theft of mislaid property in the 100 block of Bluemont Ave. in Manhattan on February 17, 2020, at approximately 5:40 PM. Officers listed Flint Hills Hospitality as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took a bag containing money.
