Riley County Police are investigating a report of shots fired early Monday morning in the 2400 block of Hobbs Drive.
Officers arrived on scene shortly after 5 a.m. and found a 19-year-old male victim, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to Ascension Via Christi for treatment of his injuries.
Officers remained on scene for several hours. It is an active investigation. No suspect has been arrested.
