    Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly honored Fort Riley’s 1st Infantry Division Tuesday, signing a proclamation at the Statehouse.

    The 1st Infantry Division is in the midst of its Year of Honor, commemorating 37 soldiers who have received the Congressional Medal of Honor.
