Officers filed a report for aggravated assault, aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery in Manhattan on April 19, 2021, at approximately 1:01 p.m. Officers listed a 43-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a 61-year-old male suspect threatened and injured her. Jay D Walters, 61, of Valley Falls was arrested in connection on the offenses of aggravated domestic battery, aggravated assault and domestic battery.
