WICHITA, Kan. — Authorities in Sedgwick County are investigating after a woman was found dead in the roadway.
The body of the 26-year-old woman was found by a resident just after 7 a.m. Thursday. Emergency crews responded and the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The woman’s name has not been released and authorities are still investigating how she died.
