Officers filed a report for aggravated domestic battery in Manhattan on December 28, 2021, around 4:16 p.m. Officers listed a 35-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a 58-year-old male suspect put his forearm on the victim’s throat during a struggle for a cell phone. Antonio Quinones Montejo, 58, of Manhattan was arrested in connection for aggravated domestic battery. Montejo was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
