TOPEKA, Kan. — Police say they are investigating as a homicide the death of a Topeka man.
The Topeka Police Department said Saturday in a news release that officers found the body Friday while responding to a call regarding “a past assault with medical response.“ The man was identified as 39-year-old Mack Lee.
The department’s homicide unit is now reviewing investigative leads and evidence.
