MANHATTAN, KAN. –
Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of Green Randolph Rd. and Tuttle Creek Blvd. near Randolph on March 14, 2022, around 8:40 a.m. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 2022 Freightliner Sprinter driven by Tyler Stupka, 22, of Concordia was driving west on Green Randolph and entered the path of Tuttle Creek Blvd. after stopping at a stop sign and hit a 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe driven by Linda Nemechek, 73, of Waterville as she was driving southbound. Nemechek was entrapped in the car and removed by Riley County Fire Department personnel, then transported to Via Christi for general pain from the crash.
