Officers filed a report for aggravated robbery and interference with LEO in the 100 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on March 4, 2022, around 3:40 p.m. Officers listed a 27-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a 29-year-old female punched her multiple times while she was in the parking lot of Manhattan Town Center and stole multiple clothing and personal items that had just been bought. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $406. Hallay Crenshaw, 29, of Manhattan was later arrested in connection for aggravated burglary. Crenshaw was issued a total bond of $55,000 and is no longer confined.
Officers responded to the report of an injury crash in the 15,300 block of Winkler Rd. near Randolph on March 4, 2022, around 5:20 p.m. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse driven by Sheryl Richter, 64, of Green had drifted into the ditch, hit a concrete culvert head-on, then flipped end over end. Jacob Simmons-Dougan, 22, of Larned was transported to Via Christi in critical condition and later to a Wichita hospital for further treatment. The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
