Kansas State men’s basketball continues to build it’s 2023 list of committments, gaining another four-star recruit Sunday as guard RJ Jones of Plano, Texas, announced his committment just days after making a visit to Manhattan.
Jones officially visited four programs (Boise State, Cal, Oklahoma and Texas A&M) prior to his trip to Manhattan. Other programs he held offers from included Colorado, Illinois, Notre Dame, Missouri, Oklahoma State, TCU, Texas Tech and USC.
He is going to play at Wasatch Academy in Utah this coming season and joins fellow four-star guard Dai Dai Ames in having committed to the Wildcats, pushing the recruiting class as high as seventh nationally in some rankings.
