Captain Kyle has been with RCPD since 1991, when he was hired as a police officer. Most recently, Kyle had been one of three finalists for the RCPD director position.

A retirement reception for Kyle will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 30 at Pottorf Hall.
Other RCPD staff retiring at the end of the year include Human Resources Manager Chris Robinson, who also has been with RCPD since 1991. A retirement reception for her will take place at 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 29, also at Pottorf Hall. Mark Simone, who has been RCPD’s supply technician for the past 24 years is also retiring. A reception for him will be held Friday at 3:30 p.m. at RCPD headquarters.
