Officers filed a report for theft in the 2100 block of Blue Hills Rd. in Manhattan on December 5, 2022, around 4:00 p.m. Cool Care Club was listed as the victim when it was reported a catalytic converter was cut off and stolen from a 2011 Ford EC3 van.
