Officers filed a report for theft in the 600 block of S. 10th St. in Manhattan on January 23, 2023, around 8:45 a.m. Howies Recycling was listed as the victim when it was reported the catalytic converter was cut off and stolen from their 2010 Mercedes Sprinter van.
