Officers filed a report for theft in the 800 block of N. Juliette Ave. in Manhattan on February 6, 2023, around 2:30 p.m. A 24-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported his black 1991 Yamaha RS motorcycle was stolen from the parking lot of his apartment complex.
