Officers filed a report for theft in the 400 block of Fremont St. in Manhattan on March 7, 2023, around 10:00 a.m. A 22-year-old woman was listed as the victim when it was reported her 2011 Volkswagen Jetta was stolen around January 20, 2023, by a 29-year-old man she knows. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $550.
