RCPD says a 31-year-old woman reported she was attacked by the suspect, 30-year-old Tony Hoover, shortly before 5 p.m. Officers arrested Hoover on two Riley County warrants for failure to appear, stemming from an original charge of burglary and probation violation stemming from original charges of aggravated burglary and possession of stolen property. Hoover also had two Manhattan Municipal Court warrants for driving while suspended and a motion to revoke parole for theft.

He remains jailed on a $14,750 bond.
