    American Airlines suspending service to MHK airport during construction

    Manhattan Regional Airport will shut down this summer to complete a massive $30 million runway reconstruction project.

    City Manager Ron Fehr says construction is progressing well, but noted the next phase of the project will begin Friday, May 5th.
