On Tuesday’s edition of In Focus, Manhattan City Manager Ron Fehr and Commissioner Usha Reddi spoke to Tuesday night’s agenda items, including a new Culver’s restaurant being proposed on McCall Road and a request from USD 383 involving the Manhattan Development Code at Bluemont Elementary. We also reflect with Commissioner Reddi on her 10 years on the city commission. She is resigning from her position after Tuesday, to focus on her duties as a State Senator.
