A Manhattan man was arrested Monday on allegations of rape and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
The Riley County Police Department said Tuesday that 29-year-old Dameon Skidmore was being held at the Riley County Jail in lieu of bond, pending a first court appearance. The victim in the case is a 15-year-old girl known to him.
Due to the nature of the crime, no further information is being released.
